My path to coaching wasn't linear — and that's exactly what makes it real.
I began with a foundation in computer engineering and web development, followed by an MBA from Cal State East Bay, USA. On paper, a corporate trajectory seemed certain. But life had its own wisdom. After working for a few years in IT, I chose to step back and be present for my two children — a decision that quietly reshaped everything.
During those years, I wore many hats. I explored work-from-home roles, founded a children's reading system, and ran a children's library. Each experience deepened my understanding of people — how they learn, how they grow, and what they truly need.
Living with diabetes since my teens made me intimately aware of how profoundly the body, mind, and spirit are connected. That awareness led me to nutrition, and eventually to a certification from Stanford. As I shared what I was learning and offered free consultations, something unexpected happened.
People didn't just come for diet advice. They came to be heard. They shared their fears, their crossroads, their quiet dissatisfactions. And I found myself naturally drawn to helping them. I liked interacting with people, reflecting on their inner world, and thinking about what could help them find alignment.
Through those years of nutrition consultations, something kept happening. People would come for diet advice and stay for conversation. Real conversation — about their careers, their relationships, their fears, their confusion about where their life was going. I found myself making deep friendships, forming genuine connections, and bringing new perspectives to the table. And slowly, almost without realising it, I understood what I was actually here to do — help people grow, find alignment with their purpose, and navigate the beautiful, messy journey of becoming themselves.
Over time I noticed a pattern — people seemed comfortable sharing their inner truth with me, and our conversations often helped them see things a little more clearly.
That is the calling I have chosen to answer. Fully, and with intention.
